Postage Costs
P&P is charged at £2.00 for all orders being delivered to mainland UK.
If you would like us to post elsewhere in the world then please email us at sales@diamante-buckles.co.uk before ordering so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.
Despatch times
All orders are despatched within 2 to 3 days from receipt of order. Please allow a further 1 to 2 days for your order to reach you.
Payment
The easiest way to pay is by Paypal. You can either transfer funds directly from your own login account or pay using a debit or credit card.
PLEASE NOTE - YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS SERVICE, ONLY A VALID CARD.
Alternatively if you would prefer to pay by cheque please email us to arrange this and please be aware that we will only ship the products once payment has cleared in our account.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your order then please contact us as soon as you receive the items so that we can rectify the problem. If your order is damaged or fault please return the items to us with the original packaging so we can refund or exchange. If you have ordered something incorrectly then we will gladly refund or exchange the item (minus the postage cost) as long as you return the item in a saleable condition and within 14 days from receipt.
